RevCrest is committed to providing a high-quality B2B lead generation service. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to ensure you feel confident purchasing credits. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credit purchases made on RevCrest.

2Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not consumed more than 20% of the purchased credits.
  • The credits were purchased directly through RevCrest (not through a reseller or third party).
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.

3Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • More than 20% of the purchased credits have been consumed (used for lead generation, enrichment, or other operations).
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Credits were received as a bonus, promotional offer, or referral reward.
  • The request is for a partial refund of a partially used credit package (we refund the full package or nothing).
  • Technical issues caused by the user's own system, browser, or network configuration.

4How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2Include your purchase date, the credit package purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. 3Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and respond to your email.
  4. 4If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5Credit Expiry

RevCrest credits never expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time. There is no pressure to use them within a specific period.

6Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our lead generation service. If you experience a technical issue that results in credits being consumed without delivering results (e.g., a job fails due to a platform error), we will investigate and restore the affected credits at no cost to you, regardless of the 7-day window.

7Changes to This Policy

RevCrest reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
