We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights. You are responsible for how you use the intelligence provided to engage with prospects.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned and operated by www.revcrest.net. You retain ownership of your lead data, sales intelligence content, and pipeline information. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
www.revcrest.net is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.
