Revcrest Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”) provides access to proprietary trading automation software via a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

Revcrest offers access to software tools designed to automate trading strategies on client-owned accounts. This is a rental-based software service — not an advisory, investment, or brokerage service.

3. Not Financial Advice

Revcrest is not registered as a financial advisor or investment manager. The software does not constitute:

  • Financial advice
  • Portfolio management
  • Fund custody or trading on behalf of others

Use of the software is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. User Obligations

By using the service, you agree to:

  • Fund, open, and manage your own trading accounts independently
  • Provide secure access for software deployment when needed
  • Take full responsibility for any trading activity generated by the software
  • Understand the nature and risk of automated trading

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading CFDs and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Revcrest is not liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Broker outages
  • VPS or internet interruptions
  • Strategy underperformance

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

6. Subscription Terms

  • Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis
  • Access begins once payment is received
  • No refunds are offered for unused time
  • You may cancel at any time; access will end at the close of your billing cycle

7. License Conditions

Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Software. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer or modify the code
  • Share your license with others

8. Termination

Revcrest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse or abuse of the platform
  • Attempted fraud or unauthorized access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under UK law, Revcrest shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from your use of the software
  • Issues outside our control (e.g. broker failure)

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
