Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Applies to: All Revcrest SaaS subscribers globally


1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service as a digital software subscription, all payments made to Revcrest are non-refundable. Once access to the software has been granted and/or deployment has begun, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial use
  • User dissatisfaction
  • Unused time within a billing cycle

We strongly recommend that all clients review our Terms of Service and consult with us via WhatsApp prior to subscribing to ensure the service fits their needs.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after that period

Note: Early termination does not entitle the user to a refund of any remaining or unused time.
