- Revcrest is not affiliated with any broker, exchange, or trading platform (e.g., Binance, MetaTrader, HFM).
- Any reference to such platforms is purely for compatibility purposes.
- Users are bound by the terms and risks associated with third-party services they choose to use in conjunction with our software.
7. Jurisdiction and Limitation of Liability
- These terms are governed under the laws of England and Wales.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revcrest disclaims any liability for:
- Losses incurred through use or misuse of the software
- Account misconfiguration or user errors
- Market losses, missed profits, or technical malfunctions
- In no event shall Revcrest be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
